We started working with R&R Country about 2 years ago now, when they approached us for help with re-invigorating their online presence. They wanted a long-term partner to work with to grow the online side of their business, and we hit it off straight away.
First things first, we started the project by refreshing their website design and implementing new search and checkout functionality.
That also meant setting up ongoing testing on the search and checkout to help make it quicker and easier for customers to search, find and buy. (Any eCommerce site worth its salt should be doing this all the time.)
Then, the big campaigns began....
We set up social, email and PPC campaigns to grab people's attention, get them to the site, and turn more passers-by into shoppers.
This more than doubled traffic and sessions in a year. And sales skyrocketed by 570% from £63k in 2015 to £423k in 2016.
More recently, in January 2017, we took their in-store sale online supported by big promotional pushes on email, social and PPC.
In just two days, this boosted sales by over £34k from 353 orders.
