The Quays, Burton Waters Lincoln is a new £15 million Beal Homes marina development set in one of Lincolnshire's most desirable locations. Strawberry created the brand, signage, literature and provided photography direction.

I lived in Spain for 4 years and this type of development was pretty common place, especially where I was in Sotogrande. However, I'd struggle to find anywhere close to this in England, especially inland. And that's the point, it's unique. The ambiance is unique, the setting is very special and the styling and quality is there for everyone to see.

If you've got a boat - even better - but don't let that dissuade you from looking. I can just imagine getting home from work, sitting on the balcony enjoying a glass of wine watching the world go by, or popping to the bistro for a bite to eat. Heaven!

The only drawback is that it's not close to where I work. I suppose if you had the funds it's also a perfect weekend getaway. The yachties tell me that you can get to Lincoln very easily and if you want to, it's also possible to get out on to the open sea as well. I'll leave that to them though.

I congratulate Beal for having the courage to follow the dream and put their full effort behind the The Quays, Burton Waters project, it certainly deserves full marks at every level.
