Choosing and booking a holiday shouldn't be difficult. We reviewed customer journeys, buying patterns and the overall experience, and redesigned Ski Swift's website to give users the right content at the right time.


Social media success

Ski Swift's social media channels saw a 1350% increase in reach to their existing fans. So whenever we created content, it was seen by as many people as possible. As a result, the page started to become more customer-facing.
