Creating the Prospectus Builder
We wanted to empower potential students about their choice of study. The prospectus builder allowed them to take full control, students can now search for what courses they're interested in and add them to their own custom prospectus. And when they're done, they can download it to their desktop or mobile device.
We look after their social media presence, monitor the internet to manage their online reputation and come up with creative campaign ideas.
The social audience has grown significantly and it is made up of past, present and potential students as well as parents and members of the local community.
Social media works well for Wilberforce College. It's a relaxed, informal environment where students feel comfortable to approach the College with questions. It's a platform designed to keep students in the loop with what's going on with college life whether it's promoting the Christmas panto, giving fundraising students a pat on the back or releasing important information such as exam times.
A quicker, easier way to apply for courses
Wilberforce were keen to make the application for students to be as easy as possible. With digital communication being second nature for students, the website had to speak their language. Prospective students can now apply through the website using the new online application service.
Content marketing for students
The college needed to keep up with the student adoption of social media, a blog post wouldn't cut it with their students. Video, infographics, online surveys, questionnaires and Spotify playlists ensured that the college could remain current and communicate with their students in the right way.
We still keep in touch with previous students too. We have set up an alumni group on LinkedIn for former students to connect and share their experiences at Wilberforce.
Helping students get the latest news on the go
Wilberforce College's fully responsive website now lets students access the latest news and events on any device wherever they are.
