Social media analytics can provide you with some extremely valuable insights about your audience and the effectiveness of your activity. If you’ve never looked at them before, you need to start now.
You can discover all sorts of information, including your audiences’ demographic data, interests, when they’re online, and their location. You can also measure your success and find out how many people your posts have reached and how much engagement you’ve achieved.
This information can all be used to tailor your future activity and get the most from your updates.
Create unique content for each channel

If you want your social content to have maximum impact in 2020, you need to adopt video. Fast.
Recent research discovered that viewers are 95% more likely to remember a call to action after watching it in a video, compared to 10% when reading it in a text format. If you want your message to be heard, video’s the way to go.
Share the love
Obviously, you want your followers to like, share and engage with your stuff. But when was the last time you did this with other users’?
Take some time to link to other people’s blogs, share other users’ social content and always, always reply to anyone who comments on your posts. If you share a little love, you may well get some back!
